MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION
This is a brief overview of the standards and minimal requirements of BSSD for graduation:
ATTENDANCE
BSSD is a school of impartation, instruction, and discipleship combined with practical experience, which requires student participation in order to graduate. Minimally, the expectation is that students will be present. This includes attending all classes on time, worship, revival group sessions and service projects. Additionally, Sunday service attendance is mandatory and any absences on Sundays (you may be assigned to morning or evening services, or both) will count toward a student’s overall absences. There will be three absences allotted per quarter.
Absences are for crises. You should save them and use them only if needed.
Absence notification is NOT an excused absence. We do not have excused absences. Absence notification is so we know you are safe. If you know you will miss school, contact your RGP about your absence so that we know where you are and that you are safe.
This is a brief overview of the standards and minimal requirements of BSSD for graduation:
- Less than three absences per quarter over the course of the year
- All homework turned in and satisfactory
- Weekly participation in one Life Group over the course of the year
- Attend your assigned morning or evening church service.
- Maintain the standards of Godly character (see “community wholeness”) as well as be financially responsible with tuition and room and board payments.

- Attendance is taken each day of school and at all church services.
- TARDY: Students who arrive late to school will receive a “tardy”. Two tardies will result in an absence. School starts on the hour, so if you arrive after the hour you will be considered tardy.
